G E N E R A L C O N D I T I O N S
1. The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their ONLINE application. The On-line application(s) will be available on AIIMS, RISHIKESH web site www.aiimsrishikesh.edu.in w.e.f - 16.01.2014 10.00 A.M. to 15.03.2014 5:00 P.M
2. The applicants must fulfill all the essential eligibility criteria (educational qualification, age limit, etc.) by last date of submission of application forms in respect to that post for which they are applying.
3. The amount of non-refundable fee to be paid in respect of one post is as under:-

4. Individual application and application fee is required to be submitted/remitted for each post (s) (in case of candidates applying for more than one post).
5. The On-line Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 05:00 PM on 15.03.2014. The candidature of such applicants who fail to complete the online submission of application form by the stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be
entertained.
6. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for the Physically Handicapped Persons. The upper age limit shall be determined as on the last date of submission of application as specified above.
7. No documents including the printed/hard copy of online application form are required to be sent by post. However, the applicants are advised to keep one printed/hard copy of their application forms for further reference.
8. The candidates are required to give their preferences amongst three choices of centres viz. Rishikesh, Haridwar and Dehradun. The exact centre will be given at the time of issue of admit card. Effort will be made to allot centre to candidate according to their given preferences. However, in case of nonavailability of a slot at their preferred choices, the closest other centre to the address of the candidates will be allotted. The decision of AIIMS, Rishikesh will be final in this regard.
9. Those who are in regular employment must submit a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from the employers at the time of Interview.
10. Cut-Offs (Minimum Qualifying Marks) on Objective tests or/and interview as the case may be will be decided by Selection Committee.
11. Candidates with valid application shall be issued call letter & admit card. These can be downloaded by the candidates directly from the AIIMS, Rishikesh website www.aiimsrishikesh.edu.in by entering their Registration Number/application Number, Date of Birth. Call letters will not be sent by post. This facility would be available on website 15 days before the actual date of examination.
12. The mode of selection for posts shall be interview subject to the applicants are less than ten for each given post. However, if ratio of sanctioned post and applicants exceeds more than 1:10 (subject to the minimum of 50 applicants); the mode of selection will be written examinations followed by interview with weightage of 85% and 15% respectively and also thereafter skill test where
